Building Use and Equipment Request
Thank you for your interest in using our facilities!
Sojourn Church does not lease out its facility to the general public. The main level of the facility is available for Sojourn’s church family to use for events and gatherings pending approval and schedule availability. We do ask that you help us take care of the space and whenever possible, leave it better than you found it.
Friendly Reminders

Upon approval, Sojourn’s executive director/director of communication will meet with you at a designated time prior to the event to go over spaces available to be used, event timelines, needs and answer any questions you might have.

If you would like the requested space to be cleaned prior to your event, you must indicate this on the facility request form and pay a $250 cleaning fee. There are cleaning supplies available in the janitorial closet between bathrooms on the main floor if you wish to tidy up the area yourself before the event.

Folding tables and chairs, coffee equipment, serving supplies, and TVs are available for you to set up and use. If you are unfamiliar with the building, our staff will be happy to meet with you during office hours to show you where things are located.

You will be assigned an on-call staff or deacon to answer questions or address any issues with the facility during the event.
