Become a member at Sojourn
At Sojourn, we believe church is more than a place you attend. We see it as a people you belong to. Membership is a way of saying, “This is my church family.” It's a commitment to walk alongside one another in faith, to grow together, to care for one another, and to participate in God's work through the local church.
While anyone is welcome to worship, serve, and participate in the life of our community, membership is an opportunity to make that commitment intentional and public.
Why Membership Matters
Followers of Jesus are called into a spiritual family, a body where every person belongs and every person contributes. Membership is a practical expression of that biblical reality.
Through membership, we:
Publicly identify with Christ and His Church
Commit ourselves to a local community of faith
Receive encouragement, care, and spiritual support
Use our gifts to serve others and build up the church
Participate in the mission and direction of our congregation
Practice mutual accountability as we follow Jesus together
